Position Summary:
Meet teachers and school admin. to present innovative e-learning solutions for assessment and reporting exam results.
Key Activities:
- Promote software solutions to designated customers (teachers & school admin.) to achieve sales targets.
- Make outdoor visits on a shift basis to open and follow up new business accounts.
- Reporting visits and perceptions of potential customers directly to higher management.
- Ensure that accurate, timely, and relevant customer knowledge is captured and shared with colleagues using agreed processes.
- Providing feedback to higher administration on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access, and competitive activities.
- Liaise and share information with team members based on customers’ needs.
