Quality Control Manager (KSA)
Job Description
Set the policies and procedures of the Quality Control department in coordination with the Quality Assurance. Consolidate all the monthly reports sent by the QC Managers C to ensure complying with quality standards and take any corrective actions needed. Attend periodical meetings with QC Managers C to discuss any issues that occur in projects as well as the lessons learned. Monitor the performance of the staff members and provide them with development plans to improve their knowledge and skills. Conduct site visits to audit the activities performed by the staff and ensure they comply with the project specifications and quality procedures. Handle any complex issues that may arise in the site with the client and the consultant, when necessary.
Skills
Bachelor degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering 15-17 Years of experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point). Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills. AutoCAD Industrial Experience is required.
