- Manage all accounting operations and transactions related to the store Items
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and financial transactions.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Oversee the forecasting, and financial planning for the store's needs.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations in all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize procurement processes and maintain inventory levels.
- Generate regular financial reports and analyses for management review.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.4 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably in the (school sector)Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically "Odoo"Strong knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.
