The OD Specialist will work across the organization to lead change management initiatives and support HR-related initiatives. He/she will be responsible for :
- OD activities such as:
- Policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness,
-Performance Appraisal and analysis to identify performance gaps from appraisals,
-Contribute in KPI's improvement
-Job Design in order to fulfill missing JD
-Training plan for managers and employees
-Assist in recruitment
Bachelor's degree in reputable UN. (HP Diploma is a must!)At least 2 years of experience in OD Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, Solution-focused mindset and strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and facilitation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
