- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver clear required briefs to the operation teams.
- Support, coach and lead team of account executives.
Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study.5+ years' experience in Customer care and/or Account Management.4+ years' proven experience in digital agency.Project and program management, marketing strategies and digital integration experience.Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal and written communications, critical thinking, excellent business writing and problem solving skills.
