Hiring for a Pastry Bar Manager reporting to the branch Manager for franchised restaurants and pastry chain of cafes in the Republic of Congo.

The ideal candidate will be:

- Greeting customers personally and thanks them appreciatively for passing by.
- Producing specialty chocolates, pancake, Frozen, Brownie, Waffle, dipped chocolates. Milkshakes, and espresso.
- Keeping displays stocked with an attractive array of chocolates; be prepared to increase production volume and creates back-stock for holidays
- Taking customer orders in person and on the phone; suggests options for different occasions.
- Takes initiative to re-stock shelves as needed, monitoring date codes and pricing.
- Handles the inventory of the Branch, monitors the attendance of the Branch staff,

The candidate should possess leadership abilities, Food & Beverage background and logical and common-sense knowledge.
In addition to:
- French Language understanding, speaking is mandatory.

Salary: $1500 + $300 Food Allowance + Accommodation + Transportation + Flight Ticket + 30 days Annual Leave + Health Coverage
