ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer at Helal & Partners Law Firm, In Association with Helal & Fraser International. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and legal research. You will work closely with clients, providing expert advice and representing their interests in legal proceedings. As part of our team, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations
- Experience in contract drafting and negotiation
- Ability to provide expert legal advice to clients
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Bachelors degree in Law or related field
- Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Minimum 5 years experience
