Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and energetic Bike Delivery Riders to join our delivery team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering packages, documents, and food items to customers in a timely and professional manner. This role is critical to our customer service and operational success, ensuring that our clients receive their items promptly and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pickup and Delivery: Collect and deliver packages, documents, and food items to designated locations within specified timeframes.
- Route Planning: Utilize navigation tools and apps to determine the best routes for timely deliveries.
- Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Package Handling: Ensure all packages are handled with care and delivered in the same condition as collected.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe and efficient deliveries.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and any issues encountered during delivery.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and safety checks on the delivery bike, reporting any issues to the management promptly.
Requirements:
- Valid Motorcycle License: Must possess a valid UAE motorcycle driving license.
- VISA: Must have own visa with NOC.
- Knowledge of Dubai Roads: Familiarity with Dubai’s road network and shortcuts to navigate efficiently.
- Smartphone Proficiency: Comfortable using GPS and delivery apps on a smartphone.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Customer Service Orientation: Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in a delivery role or similar position.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected situations effectively and efficiently.
