About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager – Syria to lead and grow our business presence in the Syrian market.
This role focuses on managing strategic client accounts, expanding B2B relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth within Syria, particularly in IT solutions and infrastructure services.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Syrian business environment, established professional networks, and the ability to navigate market challenges while delivering value-driven solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients across Syria, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities within the Syrian market to drive revenue growth.
- Present, position, and promote company IT solutions and infrastructure services based on client needs and market demands.
- Manage the full sales cycle in Syria, from lead generation and needs assessment to proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design and propose tailored solutions suitable for local client requirements and constraints.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within the Syrian territory.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within IT solutions, infrastructure, or technology services.
- Strong understanding of the Syrian market, business culture, and B2B sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong research and prospecting skills, with experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a challenging market environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Preferred Qualifications (Mandatory):
- Proven experience in B2B Sales within Syria.
- Hands-on experience selling IT solutions, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or related technologies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
- Existing network of corporate, enterprise, or government-related clients in Syria is a strong advantage.
