What you will do
- Provide supervisory management for all Service Advisors, leading a reception team to maintain professionalism and efficiency.
- Cultivate a customer-centric environment by promoting excellent customer service values and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate flow of customer and vehicle information, guaranteeing vehicles are fixed right the first time and delivered as promised.
- Uphold departmental procedures and promote a clean, safe, and customer-centric environment.
- Track the financial performance of each direct employee responsible for selling labor hours and other sales.
About the team
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you'll be part of a bustling workshop environment, liaising with the workshop team and providing assistance to other departments and customers.
Skills
Required skills to be successful
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Reception Supervisor in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of effectively managing day-to-day operations and supervising a team
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
