• Proficient in programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern / CSS
• Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Java or Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and best development practices
• Experience with network diagnostics and network analysis tools
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Strong organizational skills to counter multiple tasks within time and budget constraints
