Responsibilities

1.  Lead the delivery of projects on-time, within scope and within budget
2. Coordinate and ensure proper resource availability and allocation
3. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives
4. Write project proposals, including statement of work, resource requirements, work breakdown structure, risk mitigation plans, etc.
5. Develop and maintain detailed project plans
6. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate techniques
7. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques 
8. Develop and present status reports to team leaders, management, clients, and other stakeholders
9. Develop and present visuals to share project objectives and impact with senior executives, and prospective partners and clients
10. Manage the relationship with the partners, clients, vendors, and stakeholders
11. Perform risk management to minimize negative impact on project 
12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation in a well-structured electronic form with proper access control
13. Actively contribute to the recruitment of adequate human resources and participate in structuring and building the project team
14. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
15. Develop and implement asset management procedures and mechanisms
16. Work with technical staff on ensuring proper resource utilization, including the harvesting and reuse of technical assets and intellectual capital
     

Requirements

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Minimum 3 years experience in project management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Excellent Arabic and English written and verbal communication.
• Proven success in team building and motivation.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in an appropriate field of study.
• Strong working knowledge of Project Management and office productivity tools.
