Develop and implement internship program plans and strategies in alignment with company objectives.Act as the main point of contact for interns, freelance trainers, and subject matter experts involved in the internship program.Coordinate and schedule on-the-job training sessions with subject matter experts, ensuring that interns receive comprehensive training and mentorship.Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the internship program and monitor their achievement.Regularly track and report on the progress of interns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments to enhance program effectiveness.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure internship program activities align with organizational goals and priorities.Conduct periodic evaluations of the internship program and implement improvements based on feedback and analysis.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the internship program, including intern performance evaluations and feedback.Assist in the development and implementation of organizational development (OD) initiatives, projects, and tasks as assigned
