Experience in cases and dealing with courts
Representing the company in any disputes and issues
Preparing legal documents required for cases to defend the company's position
 Review reports and conduct research to compile evidence in favor of the company's position in any issue/dispute
 Using the collected information in court to make the case go in the company's favor
Follow up on cases during every stage of the judicial process and communicate with all concerned parties
Seek to enforce any judgment or settlement
Preparing documents and action plans to implement any decision reached by a court or regulatory body
Performing the necessary tasks for any issue related to the company
Research and prepare contracts and intellectual property documents
Thorough understanding of the company's contracts and contract policies, legal risks and liability, and the company's position on various matters
Review, draft and negotiate contracts, agreements and licenses
Prepares contracts for internal review and approval and agrees to adhere to company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations
Interpreting contracts and advising managers on contractual responsibilities along with translating into plain language scenarios and business plans
Draft, file and act on intellectual property applications on behalf of the company
Providing legal representation in cases of intellectual property infringement or licensing challenges
Performing the necessary tasks for any case related to the Egyptian Countryside Company assigned to them
Research and prepare contracts and intellectual property documents
