- Monitoring production lines for defects in materials or workmanship.
- Ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications by conducting tests on samples. taken from each batch of garments produced.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to optimize manufacturing processes and minimize defects.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary to prevent recurrence.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to communicate quality requirements and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
- Ensuring that all legal requirements are met by conducting inspections of facilities and equipment.
3-7 years of experience in a similar role.A bachelor’s degree in Textile designing or engineering is preferred.Experience in the export factories and garments is a must.Familiar with international quality standards and export regulations.
