- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations to communicate ideas effectively.
- Create detailed interior layouts, including furniture placement, lighting plans, and material selections.
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories within budget and timeline constraints.
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
- Undertake regular site visits and follow up on projects during construction.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or Interior DesignProven experience in residential and/or commercial interior design projects.Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD,3D Max, SketchUp).Strong knowledge of current design trends, materials, and construction techniques.Excellent communication, presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Alexandria Residence is must.
