We are looking for a skilled Front End Team Leader who will spearhead our development team's efforts in front end design and implementation. 

The successful candidate will not only lead the team but will also actively contribute to front end development projects. Additionally, they will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing company strategies, ensuring that we meet our weekly achievement targets. 

The Front End Team Leader will oversee all team work, review it meticulously, and present it for final approval from the director.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of front end developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Actively participate in front end design and development projects, bringing your expertise to the table.
• Develop and execute company strategies related to front end development, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Set and monitor weekly achievement targets, driving the team towards success and continuous improvement.
• Review all team work for quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices before presenting it for final approval.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in front end development, incorporating them into our processes and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front end solutions with back end systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.
