• Technical Office Engineer for interior fit out works, wooden works and Furniture Works, the position is full time duty in Cairo office. You'll be responsible for the following.
• Study the received data, design and all information for the project.
• Prepare schedule of drawings (drawings register) include all the required drawings according to scope of work.
• Prepare materials and finishes list will be used in Project.
• Produce detailed shop drawings and working drawings with full dimensions and specifications for all items in the project includes all finishes codes and quantities.
• make design development if needed to complete the shop drawings
• Coordinate with Design/Project/Factory teams to reflect all selected materials in drawings as agreed (wood, Marble, Ceramic, Paint, Metal, Textiles, Fabrics, etc.) 
• Produce cutting lists if needed for furniture and wooden works for production and site.
• Work closely with other related departments (production, design, QS, Estimation, procurement, sales, finance, operations, etc.) 
• Submit the drawings to relevant departments or clients, incorporate the comments on drawings if any, and follow up revisions and approvals process till submitting the drawings to Site and Production teams for execution.
• Prepare as built drawings after project completion.
• Ensure high quality, innovative, functional production solutions and ensure the proper conversion of design into fabrication and execution is reflected on the shop drawings.

Bachelor's degree in Interior, Architectural, Civil Engineering.6 -10 years’ experience as a technical office Engineer for preparing interior fit out, Wooden and Furniture shop drawings, in wooden factory or interior fit out contractor.Demonstrated experience in accurately preparing Fully detailed shop drawings By CAD for Wooden works, furniture and all related interior design works ( Wooden wall cladding, doors, dressing cabinets, ,kitchens, pergolas, furniture, flooring, ceiling, wall cladding, …….)In-depth knowledge of fit-out contractor works, wooden factory works.Ability to produce high presented shop drawings for different projects, and to be able getting the approvals from client/ consultant/ main contractor if any.Proficiency in Auto CAD, Microsoft and other relevant software and tools.Experience in Primavera and Revit is a plus.You must have technical experience to read and analyze different interior, furniture and architectural finishes and to reflect it on shop drawingsStrong manufacture skills and attention to details.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form.Nearby residence of Nasr city Cairo is preferable.Please submit shop drawings samples along with your CV, so we can able to review and consider your application.
