▪ Collaborate with product development, operations, and product management to obtain information required to develop training materials on all aspects of the product.
▪ Develop training content, handouts, and outlines.
▪ Tailor training content based on the trainee’s specific needs
▪ Contribute to team planning for both training and development schedules.
▪ Deliver training programs/modules based on training plan requirements and according to a client-driven schedule.
▪ Adopt motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience, to maximize learning and employee retention.
▪ Conduct class-based training, on-the-job training, virtual training and train-the-trainer programs.
▪ Support the development of e-learning solutions.
▪ Ensure new training methodologies are incorporated into the training approach used.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Automotive Engineering is a MUST.▪ Fluent English language is a must; French or German will be an advantage.▪ Strong communication and presentation skills.▪ Flexible to travel to different destinations for an extended period of time.▪ Daimler Trainer Qualification Certificate will be an asset.
