We're urgently looking for an experienced and genuinely talented intern who can passionately join many operations in recruitment & specified types of online research.  

Job Description: Deeply joining many day-to-day operations in recruitment & specified types of online research.  

The intern will learn: Various skills from joining many real-life operations in recruitment & specified types of online research.

Duration: 3+ months

The ideal intern 'd be able to smoothly join the following operations & many more ;

• Contributing to drafting job descriptions, maintaining candidates' information, and providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
• Performing resume screening, phone screening & scheduling interviews.
• Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
• Prospecting new potential clients via performing different guided types of research on certain given websites & platforms.
• Support various other functions as assigned
   

Genuinely Sharp.EXCELLENT Listening & Communication Skills.Fluent in English.Have previous extensive volunteering experiences especially in similar focused areas.Very Knowledgeable & Resourceful.Can work independently and collaboratively.Can manage his / her time effectively.Can adapt to new technologies quickly.Very Accurate, Organized & Committed.Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus.Experience in freelance projects is a plus.Willing to dedicate a minimum of 3+ hrs per day.Kindly note the following before applying:Make sure you have a full online starting idea about Fipco & FPC Textiles.Most of our follow-up meetings are held online as voice calls & we'll be holding other offline meetings as needed, however, this is mostly a remote internship.This is a freelance - based, unpaid, 15 - 20+ hrs on a weekly basis, 3+ months internship.High school & college students are also welcome to apply.It's expected to hear from us as shortlisted & confirmed for an online interview.We'll try to do our best to give you practical experience in various areas as possible and as you can take.After proving a solid ability in our day-to-day operations, there's a possibility to offer you an official job offer and sign a contract together.We usually receive many great interested candidates' applications, if you don't hear back from us, kindly don't be discouraged as our selection process is very market-competitive & we genuinely value every application we receive.Thank You
