Our recruitment agency is seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our team and oversee the entire recruitment process for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to both our clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive recruitment strategies for a variety of clients and industries.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job analysis and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool through effective sourcing strategies, including online recruiting tools, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
