- Coordinate the end-to-end logistics process for both import and export operations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Oversee customs clearance processes, including preparing and reviewing documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other service providers to coordinate logistics activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
- Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs while maintaining service levels and quality standards.
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain , Business Administration, or related field.2-5 years of experience in relevant field preferably in food industries. Proven experience in Custom Clearance, import, export logistics operations.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in MS Office.
