· Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the company presence in the international market, with a focus on achieving sales targets and increasing market share.

· Identify and target potential clients in the global fruit import/export industry. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key client.

· Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to negotiate and close deals with client. Effectively present product offerings, pricing, and terms to secure profitable contracts.

· Stay up-to-date with competitor activities, and industry developments.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and potential customers.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, shipment scheduling, and timely delivery of products.

·Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

·Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company network, build brand awareness, and foster relationships with potential clients and partners.


· Proven experience as an Export Sales Specialist or similar role in the fruit export industry.· Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.· Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced start-up environment.· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.· Proficiency in using MS Office suite.· Willingness to travel international as required.
