Marketing Communication Head

• Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative for Midea and Toshiba brands. 

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Communication Marketing 

• Set, monitor and report on team goals. 

• Design branding and positioning strategies for Midea and Toshiba. 

• Drive the research of demands for Midea and Toshiba products. 

• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, TV, Outdoors and promotional material) 

• Collaborate with the sales department to evaluate and plan product pricing strategies targeting profit maximization and triumphant capture of market shares keeping customer delight insight. 

• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas 

• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share 

• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness 

• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of department objectives.


Requirements:Bachelor’s degree.5:7 Years of experience.Fluency in English is a Must.Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.Experience with market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.Innovative mindset with the ability to generate creative ideas and concepts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong Analytical Skills & Result Oriented.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
