RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Following up the implementation of occupational safety,health and environmental standards.
• Distributing the work to maintenance engineers and determining their responsibilities.
• Review the training plans of maintenance department ‘s staff to improve their skills.
• Encourage maintenance employees to participate in continuous improvement and provide ideas and innovation.
• Implement the periodic evaluation of maintenance engineers and review the periodic valuation of the performance of the maintenance department staff.
• Support the implementation of production plans on production operations centers.
• Support the implementation of the Ahram manufacturing system AMS.
• Set and Develop maintenance department policies and systems that ensure that the objectives of the group are achieved.
• Setting the annual budget for maintenance expenses such as spare parts, services, external operation, energy consumption, infrastructure projects and installations.
• Supervising the maintenance of the group's facilities and buildings, allowing them to be used well and extend their life expectancy.
• Supervising the implementation of infrastructure and installation projects in the group's factories.
• Follow-up the costs of infrastructure projects and installations within the annual budget.
