  • Follow up regular upgrades for all software and hardware and applications
  •  Installation for all new software and application for external and internal projects
    Low level design and Solution documentation for internal and external projects.
  •  Participate in service failover testing. 
  • Manage and document system configurations.

Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS roleFamiliarity with our industry is a plusExperience using help desk software and remote support toolsUnderstanding of how CRM systems workExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMulti-tasking abilitiesPatience when handling tough casesBSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
