Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to oversee client accounts, build strong relationships, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and sales, ensuring client satisfaction while actively expanding our client base. Additionally, this role includes managing our own social media presence and assisting clients with their digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management & Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
- Work closely with internal teams (videographers, editors, designers, strategists) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Maintain client satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback collection, and proactive problem-solving.
- Provide detailed reports and insights on project performance and campaign effectiveness.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new partnerships and revenue streams.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and service offerings to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to align with business objectives.
- Maintain a database of leads, track sales performance, and follow up on potential deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Social Media & Digital Strategy
- Oversee the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Develop and implement content schedules, marketing campaigns, and digital strategies for both internal and client projects.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging social media content, including videos, graphics, and written posts.
- Monitor online conversations and trends to enhance digital presence and brand visibility.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in media production or digital marketing.Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and media production processes.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset.Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.Proficiency in social media platforms and digital analytics tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
