Job Description:

Computer network administrator establish, operate, maintain, and coordinate the use of local and wide area networks (LANs and WANs), hardware, software, and related computer equipment. Web technicians set up and maintain internet, extranet and intranet Web sites and Web-server hardware and software and monitor and optimize network connectivity and performance.

Job duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform network administration including, but not limited to all actions related to firewall, routing, switching, IPSEC, Authentication servers (ISE TACACS+, SAML) solutions.


• Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks and coordinate access and use of computer networks.


• Provide problem-solving services to network users.


• Perform routine network start up, shutdown and changes as required.


• Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls.


• Perform shell scripting or other basic scripting tasks.


• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade Web-server hardware and software.


• Implement network traffic and security monitoring software and optimize server performance.


• Control and monitor e-mail use, Web navigation, and installed software.


• Configure network appliances (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access points and any other appliance.


• Responsible on Network documentation and configuration review and tracking.


• Perform troubleshooting with vendors regarding network hardware and troubleshooting issues.


• Actively contribute to the configuration, layout and performance tuning of the managed Network and Collaboration infrastructure.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related studies.


• Minimum CCNP Certificate.


• CCNP Security - Bonus.


• Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar position in large enterprise.


• 3+ years of experience with operational administration and configuration of Cisco Infrastructure.


• 3+ years of experience with operational administration and configuration of Fortinet Infrastructure.


• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft windows servers.


• Advanced experience with Cisco ISE, OSPF, FMC + FTD/ASA, Microsoft DHCP and DNS.


• Experience in SolarWinds, dashboard, management, and reporting.


• Background with enterprise Routing and Switching technologies.


• Knowledge and experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols.


• Experience with LAN, SD-WAN and WAN topologies.


• Strong background with operational administration of Network Management Systems and IPAM


• Strong oral and written communications skills
