The F&B Operations Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager responsibilities by coordinating and managing the operation of the F&B outlets, ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction, productivity, maximization of revenue and resources, and effective control.
Core Responsibilities:
• Oversees ordering, purchasing, and stocking F&B products and follows up on F&B requests to ensure all aspects of F&B outlet’s operations run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
• Plans and supervises all catering projects activities to ensure optimum customer service.
• Plans and supervises all pastry kitchen activities to ensure the availability of all products at high standards.
• Oversees control stock movement levels and transfers to ensure the availability of raw materials in all outlets.
• Arranges kiosk outlets and store areas for events to ensure a proper product display.
• Follows up on the maintenance of outlet equipment to avoid any delay in production.
• Assists with F&B monthly stock-take to ensure track of any financial impact.
• Follows up of variance discrepancies discovered in end-of-month reports and escalates to management to ensure take corrective actions if needed.
• Monitors the implementation of systems procedures in all outlets and coordinates with audit and business teams to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Coordinates the marketing and promotional activities to ensure a proper presentation.
• Coordinates the sourcing and testing of the new products and menus to ensure tasting committee satisfaction.
• Establishes production and staff schedules to ensure timely delivery of food services.
• Any other duties as directed by the Food and Beverage Manager
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Hospitality management, or any related field.
• Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
• 7 years minimum.
