• Summary: We are looking for an Odoo techno-functional to join our Food and Beverage Company in Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Odoo development activities for Customization, Code Migration, Data Migration & Import, and Output Documents.
• Understanding the requirements and planning the project by giving an estimation of the work to the administration.
• Bug fixing, performance optimization, and production.
• Make sure to follow the coding best practices to give high-quality output.
• Must possess a strong learning curve by studying state-of-the-art development tools, and programming techniques, for personal upscaling, and in turn meeting organizational needs as well.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Must have sound knowledge of Odoo MVC architecture.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in developing & configuring Odoo modules in the areas of Sales, Purchase, Delivery, Accounting, and eCommerce.
• Must be aware of Odoo's latest version and ORM API.
• Must be aware of the Odoo App store and popular third-party module authors.
• Must have code optimization skills and proactively look for ways to improve.
• Proficiency in Python, Javascript, Postgresql, and XML.
• Readiness to learn a new language and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix development environments is a must.
• Good knowledge of version control systems like GIT.
• Very good problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in frontend development
• Knowledge of Odoo POS modules.
• Outstanding written and verbal English/Arabic communication.
