Operations Manager

1.      Monitor and improve stores sales in line with set targets

2.      Work closely with Marketing and Product Development team to recognize highest sales of hampers, trays and other products and packages

3.      Recommend local delivery channels and successfully execute plan

4.      Support CEO in analyzing sales forecasts and relevant financials on product sales for monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports

5.      Overlook hiring and onboarding of staff employees in stores

6.      Overlook training of employee on customer experience including but not limited to: product knowledge, customer service, hygiene and overall store management.

7.      Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and share monthly report with Country GM

8.      Identify customer attraction and retention strategies and continuously monitor NPS


Skills

Qualifications and Education Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
  • 10+ year experience in operations and customer service (preferably in F&B retail)
  • Knowledge of local food health & safety regulations
  • Proficient in Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Teams..)
