Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee the daily operations of the insurance department, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
· Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action
· Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including training and development, performance management, and goal setting
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and ensure compliance
· Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies
· Prepare and present reports on departmental performance, budgets, and forecasts
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
· Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
