Duties & responsibilities:
• Strong interpersonal skills to solicit and handle feedback and collaborate with other members of the marketing team
• Possesses a creative and imaginative aptitude and awareness of current trends in the visual arts and understands project lead times, deadlines and production capabilities, all of which impact the end result of communicating the brands in a clear, concise and creative way.
• Assists in the design and production of special event design pieces, branding and BTL materials.
• Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Demonstrates oral communication skills to ask thoughtful questions and share ideas
• Creates visual elements for weekly services, including but not limited to screen graphics, motion graphics, special video graphics, name supers, etc.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Content Manager and the Marketing Manager to understand project goals, messaging, and target audience, ensuring alignment with our church's brand, mission and values.
• Edit videos and ensure audio quality is good for social media uploads.
• Edit video with the integration of engaging motion graphics to effectively communicate specific content
• Edit podcast videos, transforming audio content into visually engaging videos that enhance the listener's experience and expand reach.
• Edit event footage for promotional purposes, crafting videos that highlight the energy and essence of special gatherings or activities
