Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead technicians, mechanics, electricians, and support staff.
• Allocate work assignments to technicians, mechanics, electricians, and support staff based on expertise to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and manage the workflow on the workshop floor to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control measures following the industry norms.
• Assign and manage staff breaks and work schedules.
• Actively collaborate with senior technicians and workshop manager in diagnostic repairs.
• Collaborate with the service advisors to communicate with customers regarding service updates, delays, and/or additional repairs.
• Make sure that the services requested on the work orders match with the requested parts.
• Address and resolve issues that may arise during the repair process and ensure that the solutions align with the workshop's procedures.
• Update the vehicle status (Open to WIP, WIP to Ready) in the Workshop operating software.
• Assist the service advisor in comparing the vehicles' status on the workshop operational software (cross-referencing) with the floor status to ensure data accuracy.
• Enforce and maintain high-quality standards for vehicle maintenance and repair work.
• Follow up and advise the procurement officer regarding special parts and tools.

Requirements:
o A degree or diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
o Proven experience in a managerial role within a vehicle’s maintenance and repair workshop.
o Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
o Excellent leadership and communication skills.
o Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
o Organizational and multitasking skills
