Jr HR Generalist

1. Talent Acquisition:
- Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for various roles within the FMCG organization.
- Participating in the hiring and onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintaining a robust talent pipeline and employee referral program.

2. Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing guidance and support on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Facilitating the resolution of conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.

3. Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits for all employees.
- Conducting market research and benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation packages.
- Administering and communicating employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

4. Performance Management:
- Collaborating with managers to set clear performance goals and objectives.
- Facilitating performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
- Identifying training and development needs and coordinating relevant programs.

5. Compliance and Regulatory Matters:
- Ensuring the organization's HR practices comply with relevant labor laws, industry regulations, and corporate policies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Assisting with the implementation of HR-related policies and procedures.

6. Training and Development:
- Designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
- Collaborating with department heads to identify and address skill gaps.
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

7. Organizational Development:
- Participating in strategic workforce planning and organizational restructuring initiatives.
- Providing input on HR-related aspects of business transformation and change management.
- Championing employee engagement and fostering a positive organizational culture.
