Job Description: We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences. You will work closely with our development team to design and implement user-centered solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Design wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups that align with company branding and user needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Ensure consistency and maintain design standards across all platforms and devices.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative process.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with responsive design and designing for various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics or animation.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
