Job Descriptions We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager for Real Estate Brokerage to manage our operations and lead the dynamic team of brokers. As a key member of the management team, the candidate will play a pivotal role in managing property transactions, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of property sales, purchase, rentals, and development
- Lead, mentor, hire, and train a team of brokers to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads
- Negotiate and finalize sale, purchase, and rental agreements on behalf of clients
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to optimize business performance
- Handle tenant inquiries, resolve disputes, and oversee collections
- Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree
- At least 15 years of proven experience in real estate brokerage, with at least 10 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly in Dubai
- Valid RERA Brokerage License
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages will be a plus
- Valid UAE driving license
- Preferably European nationalities
Benefits - Salary will be up to 30000
- Commission and incentives will be based on performance
