Vysus Group is a leading engineering and technical consultancy offering specialist asset performance, risk management and project management expertise across complex industrial assets, energy assets (oil and gas, nuclear, renewables) and the energy transition.
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Regional Vice President to run the full P&L for the Middle East region and drive business growth. This role will report to the Senior Vice President Consulting and will be based initially in Qatar.
In the role of Regional Vice President for the Middle East you will:
- Develop and execute the regional business strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets and grow market share in the region.
- Build and maintain key relationships with customers and key market stakeholders.
- Where needed, identify and develop partner relationships to support business growth.
- Build credibility as the leader and face of Vysus across the Middle East market.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Manage the full P&L for the region.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention, leveraging local knowledge of the industries we serve.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including organic growth and acquisitions, based on an understanding of local market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Provide leadership and guidance to local teams and ensure best practices are adopted across the region.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive in the region.
- Build effective working collaboration across the Vysus Consulting delivery teams to leverage global expertise capability.
- Be a visible leader, and example of our core values in action, building a delivery team across the Middle East which is fully aligned with the company identity.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, governance and legal requirements in the region.
To be successful in the role of Regional Vice President we are looking for you to have the following:
- A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with experience in a similar role preferred.
- A proven track record of driving revenue and profitable growth and market share expansion within the Middle East region.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Local knowledge of the industries we serve in the Middle East region.
- Experience in the consulting or professional services industry preferred.
- A willingness to travel.
