SR. PROJECT ENGINEER
Qualification
- B.Sc. in an Engineering discipline from a recognized University; higher degree would be
advantageous.
- Membership in a recognized professional engineering/project management association /
Institution Will Be An Added Advantage. Experience
- A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in engineering, project management and
execution of major EPIC projects in Offshore oil & gas.
- Specific work experience in execution of Offshore Brownfield projects for upgrade of well
head platforms.
- Effective communication (presentation, report writing, and management of meetings)
skills.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
To provide project engineering and management for MM/BH Redevelopment project, in
accordance with Company Project Management Framework.
- Responsible for leading and coordinating project teams formed to provide complete
project engineering and management to execute EPIC of MM/BH Redevelopment project.
- Prepare and implement Project Execution Plans.
- Participate in Project Planning, Cost Control, Budgeting, Contract Administration,
Progress Reporting, Change Management and Stage Gate approval activities.
- Manage and coordinate a team of multidiscipline engineers to achieve timely review of
deliverables and resolution of technical and engineering issues.
- Participate in the preparation of scope of work, tender packages, tendering process,
evaluation of tenders and submissions with appropriate recommendations to relevant
Tender Committees.
- Monitor the performance and quality of works by EPIC contractor and Vendors and initiate
remedial actions to ensure compliance to agreed milestones.
- Contribute to the risk management process through identification, mitigation,
implementation, and close-out of identified project risks and issues.
- Facilitate management of Project interfaces between EPIC Contractors and with various
project stakeholders according to interface management plans.
- Ensure compliance to applicable HSE standards/regulations and Project Quality
Standards in close coordination with QHSE engineers
