We're looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce Video Editor who specializes in creating persuasive direct-response video content. If you're experienced in crafting high-converting VSLs, dynamic Talking Head ads, and polished UGC-style creatives, we'd love to work with you.
Responsibilities

Strong experience in VSL production, from structuring hooks to refining narrative flow Proficiency with AI voiceovers and integrating them naturally into edits Skilled in Talking Head-style ads, including pacing, captioning, and retention-focused editing Deep understanding of UGC formats, social-first editing, and direct-response strategy Ability to research content, competitor examples, and creative angles Knowledge of platform-specific guidelines (e.g., Meta deadzones, safe zones, text placement, compliance rules) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Comfortable following SOPs while improving processes and creative quality Bonus: Familiar with Click Up or similar project management tools

Requirements

Ecommerce editing experience is required A portfolio is mandatory for consideration (VSLs, UGC, Talking Head ads) Ability to work within structured workflows and deadlines Full-time role (40 hours weekly) Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Dubai Time (GST). Flexibility may be possible once you've shown reliability and independence
