The Senior Specialist, HRIS is responsible for the technical aspects of the organization's HRIS, including system integration, database management, and security. This role involves working closely with the IT department to ensure the HRIS operates smoothly and efficiently, supports data-driven decisions, and maintains compliance with data protection regulations.
