Engineer - Instrumentation and Control
Experience Required: 10 years
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering.
- Project management experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems, including sensors, PLCs, SCADA, and DCS.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools for design and simulation (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, Siemens TIA Portal).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISA, IEC, API).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the oil and gas, power generation, or process industries.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles for industrial control systems.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Advanced degree in electrical engineering, instrumentation engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement instrumentation and control systems for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems, including sensors, PLCs, SCADA, and DCS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate instrumentation and control systems with overall project requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations for instrumentation and control systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for instrumentation and control systems during project execution and operation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for instrumentation and control systems.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including specifications, datasheets, and drawings.
- Support project management activities, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure timely project delivery.
