Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the brand and increase bookings on the platform.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Lead marketing efforts across social media and digital content in coordination with design, photography, and other internal teams.
- Organize promotional campaigns and participate in tourism fairs or relevant conferences.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance the user experience and boost customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze return on investment (ROI).
- Build strategic partnerships with property owners, tourism entities, and industry influencers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in marketing management, preferably in tourism, real estate, or experience marketing digital platforms/apps.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and SEO/SEM.
- High analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Leadership abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Creativity, marketing intuition, and the ability to propose out-of-the-box ideas and solutions.
- A marketing mindset with problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to promotion.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken), if necessary.
