HR Assistant

  • Collects and compiles HR matrix and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
  • Utilizing data and analysis to propose policies and activities that enhance organizational culture, such as improving the recruitment and retention of qualified candidates, resolving staffing issues, increasing employee motivation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyzing HR metrics to recommend policies and activities that improve organizational culture, including strategies to attract and hire top talent, enhance employee engagement and retention, address staffing challenges, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Analyzes HRIS and other data sources to prepare reports on employment practices, delivering clear and concise presentations of findings to top-level executives.
