Job Summary:


Responsible for managing and storing data using computers, software, databases, networks, and servers. As an IT support, you may maintain networks, analyze systems, and provide technical support. 


Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-       Identifying technical problems,

-       Deploying the appropriate IT solutions to solve problems

-       Identifying user needs with technology,

-       understanding how to operate computers and its basic functions is necessary,

-       coding knowledge in various programming languages, in order to help code or develop new software and applications for the company,

-       Having experience with application development, and errors solving,

-       Knowledge of server hard-to-hard migration and replication,

-       Installment & Configuration knowledge of Cloud Network devices,

-       Handle the ERP works,

-       Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory,

-       Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting, and restoring to service any terminal service client, PC, or notebooks that had authorized access to the network,

-       Other duties as assigned by the Manager.



Skills

Required Qualifications

·    Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science.

·    2 to 3 years of experience in same field.


Technical skills or knowledge

·   Computer skills (Microsoft office programs and other software as needed)

·   Good communication skills with Managers, co-workers and clients.

·   Ability to communicate fluently in writing and verbally in English.

. Experience of working under pressure in a busy working environment

. General awareness of equality and diversity issues in the working environment

. Ability to organize work to meet to deadlines
