Export Area Sales Manager

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in assigned export regions.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, target potential clients, and proactively generate leads.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in the assigned export markets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Secure collection, terms, contracts conditions according to company’s policy and strategy. 
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics and finance to ensure smooth export operations.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting key market insights and performance metrics.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to promote company products and services.
  • Stay updated with international trade regulations, export laws, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence and minimize risks.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the company's product portfolio, features, and advantages to effectively present them to customers.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in export sales and operations.Textile, apparel,  garment experience is desiredGood knowledge of global markets, international trade practices, and export regulations.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth in export markets.Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make strategic business decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in other languages preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
