  • Follow up on hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Reviewing outgoing HR letters and social insurance documents as related to the company employees.
  • Handle the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee leaves and make sure of proper recording define and implement internal HR policies, and practices that secure compliance with labor laws.
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data
  • Preparing reports, memos, letters, and other related documents.
  • Handling any employee’s benefits.
  • Follow up effective training and development plans.
  • Ensuring all employee records (hard and soft) are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Assist with employee’s performance management procedures.
  • Tracking employee’s attendance.
  • Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
