Overview: ANAYATA WELLBEING is a holistic retreat based in Jordan & Thailand offers wellness
programs have been created to heal, detox, heal, reboot and rejuvenate through our international
team of experienced coaches, healers and trainers to help you detox, heal, reboot and rejuvenate. We
are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant with a background in hotels and retreats to
join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
●Handling incoming mails by responding promptly, assigning tasks and ensuring timely distribution.
●Assisting in the sales in the preparation and maintenance of invoices, receipts for customers, ensuring
accuracy and compliance
●Coordinating internal and external meetings, managing schedules and optimizing logistical
arrangements and recording minutes of meetings.
●Reviewing and placing orders for essential brand supplies
●Recording client queries and effectively processing them to relevant departments for resolution.
●Collaborating with the HR Manager to review and update vacancies.
●Maintaining and updating employee records.
●Mentore and traine Anayata team members.
●Facilitating communication with the accounting department regarding expenses and generating
comprehensive reports.
●Managing and updating databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
●Arranging travel logistics when necessary.
●Overseeing website management and implementing edits to enhance online presence.
●Receive editorial content from the marketing team and conduct a comprehensive review to ensure
alignment with brand voice, messaging, and quality standards
●Managing Anayata Listing via third-party websites to enhance the company's online visibility.
●Conducted market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and to saty up to date
on the industry trends and competition.
●Actively engage in on-site visits to locations managed by the company, providing oversight and
assistance.
●Conduct thorough reviews of vendor SOA to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing
payments.
●Effectively managing and recording office expenses, contributing to financial accountability and
transparency.
●Provide customer service and support to customers who provided a negative feedback, implement the
solution
●Prepared and delivered presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new corporate or group
sales.
