Branch Manager (Baabda)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our bakery's operations in Baabda.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
-Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high food quality standards.
-Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability, including promotions, marketing initiatives, and upselling techniques.
-Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
-Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand and minimize waste.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
-Maintain a positive work environment and foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability among staff members.
-Prepare regular reports on sales performance, expenses, and other key metrics for management review.
-Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and goals for the branch.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
-Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
-Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in MS Office applications and POS systems
