Job Requirements:

Years of Experience : 3-5 years experience at sea clearance department ( on floor port exp)

Job Description :
- Ensure compliance with Department policies & procedures
- Maintain current knowledge up to date about all customs clearance best practices and assess their fit at the company
- Ensure compliance to customs rules and regulations
- Receive cargo details from freight forwarding and shipping departments related to export and import goods and execute required custom clearance
- Prepare export & import cargo declarations
- Follow-up on all customs clearance issues until the cargo is exported
- Handle attestations, approvals and legalizations from concerned authorities (ministry of health, agriculture…)
- Solve day to day problems and report major cases related to customs clearance to your direct manager
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with all provided services
- Coordinate with Accounting department for invoices issuance and dues settlement
- Coordinate with the Accounting department.
- Follow up for client to ensure their satisfaction
